We use the latest technology and machinery to provide Umbilical Slurry Spreading all year round.

Umbilical Slurry Spreading is more effective and efficient than running traditional tankers as it provides:

• An increased work rate
• Accurate and controlled distribution of slurry liquid
• Less soil compaction
• Reduction in damage to access areas
• Minimised environmental pollution
• Reduced contamination of grass/crops
• Less ammonia lost resulting in higher nitrogen availability reducing the need for artificial fertiliser

Our Equipment

We use the following application techniques to apply slurry or digestate to grass and arable crops:

• Trailing Shoe
• 24 Metre Dribble Bar

Distances of 2600 metres can be reached with our pipe work and high throughput pump.

Both methods are flow metered and mapped to RTK accuracy. Application reports are then provided detailing the field size, area worked and application rates on a map.
